Let C-Flex know you want to be part of the coupling test program by completing the form to the right. This will be the information where we will send your free coupling.

Be sure to include the dimensional specifications needed for you and your staff to test the coupling.
You will be requested to do the following if you are selected:

1. Upon receipt of the coupling, please conduct the evaluation/testing by the date indicated on the paperwork sent from C-Flex which will accompany the coupling. This will be within 4 weeks.

2. Complete the FIVE (5) question survey sheet and email, fax, or US mail the survey back to C-Flex by the date of evaluation/test completion.

You will receive a 25% price discount on your next THREE (3) coupling orders from C-Flex (up to a maximum of 500 coupling units).
