C-Flex Bearings offer extreme long life expectancy for limited angle rotary applications of up to +/- 30 degrees, even when used for constant cycling. Free of wear and inaccuracies due to rolling or sliding friction, and with no need for lubrication, they will increase your system efficiency and decrease downtime.

C-Flex Bearings are self centering, exhibit a constant linear torsional stiffness, and are not subject to wear, frictional, or backlash errors. Single or double ended designs are available in 1/8 - 1" diameter, with load capabilities of 1600 lbs. Custom designs for greater angular travel, heavier loads, or high volume/low cost can be provided.

C-Flex Bearings are constructed utilizing flat springs which are locked and crossed at a 90 degree angle encapsulated in a cylindrical housing. The springs and housing are fabricated from high quality stainless steel to provide ultimate in strength and corrosion resistance. Each C-Flex bearing can be provided with 3 torsional spring rates. This is accomplished by using the same spring design and varying only the thickness . Special springs can be provided to meet specific customer requirements.
